It is to offer the population a dental care center and social promotion to provide access to appropriate dental care and to implement prevention plans in relation to the public health policy of the Malagasy state in the village of Mangily Ifaty Toliara Madagascar Region Atsimo Andrefana and its surroundings.

 Mangily Ifaty Toliara has a total population of approximately 12,000 inhabitants. 85% of the population in our action zone is poor.

                In terms of health infrastructure, out of the 12,000 inhabitants, there is only one Basic Health Center (CSB), neither pharmacy nor dental office. Therefore, most of the inhabitants have to travel 30 km by their own means to Tuléar to get medical care. For the villages of the commune of Belalanda further away from Tulear, the population must travel 50 to 150 km to get to Tulear.

 Our objectives:
- Reduce the disparities in accessibility of dental health centers

- To bring dental health structures closer to remote populations and students

- To participate in the dental health offer of the commune and the surroundings

- To reinvest the benefits of the dental clinic for the benefit of vulnerable children and the elderly.

- To propose preventive actions.

Il s’agit de proposer à la population un centre de soins dentaires et de la promotion sociale pour offrir à la population l’accès aux soins dentaires adaptés et à mettre en place des plans de prévention en relation avec la politique de santé publique de l’état malgache dans le village de Mangily Ifaty Toliara Madagascar Région Atsimo Andrefana et ses environs.

  Mangily Ifaty Toliara compte une population totale d’environ 12 000 habitants. 85% de la population de notre zone d’actions est pauvre.

                 Au niveau infrastructure sanitaire, sur les 12 000 d’habitants, il n’y a qu’un seul Centre de Santé de Base (CSB), ni pharmacie ni cabinet dentaire. Donc la plupart des habitants doivent faire 30 km par leur propre moyen pour se rendre à Tuléar pour se faire soigner. Pour les villages de la commune de Belalanda plus éloignés de Tuléar, la population doit faire 50 à 150 km pour se rendre à rendre à Tuléar.

Nos objectifs :

·         -Réduire les disparités d’accessibilité des centres de santé dentaires

·        - Rapprocher les structures sanitaires dentaires des populations éloignées, et des élèves

·         -Participer à l’offre sanitaire dentaire de la commune et des environs

·         -Réinvestir gracieusement les bénéfices de la clinique dentaire au profit de l’enfance vulnérable et des personnes du 3ème âge.

·         -Proposer des actions de prévention.
